September 4 – 11:00 AM  Drasha in English by Rabbi Ari Berman at Yeshurun Central Synagogue sponsored by The Jerusalem Great Synagogue and Yeshurun.  Topic: "Maximizing Life's Opportunities: Teshuva on Rosh Hashana."

September 4 – Motzaei Shabbat – 10:30 PM The First Selichot – Dvar Torah: The Rishon L'Zion, Israel's Chief Rabbi HaGaon Rabbi Shlomo Moshe Amar.  Chief Chazzan Chaim Adler will officiate accompanied by The Jerusalem Great Synagogue Choir conducted by Elli Jaffe. Admission is free.

September 21 – Tuesday Evening – 8:00 PM - Opening of the "Am HaSefer" (People of the Book) Series.  Speaker (in English): Rabbi Binyamin (Benny) Lau. Admission Free

Sept 28 – Tuesday Evening – 8:00 PM – Leil Hoshana Rabba Program – Speaker: Rabbi Dr. Abraham Twerski (in English). Topic: "Living a Goal Oriented Life." Admission Free.

October 1 – Friday Evening – Lone Soldiers are our guests for Services and Leil Shabbat Dinner.

October 2 – 8:00 PM - Opening Program of the Motzaei Shabbat Mevorchim Social Evening and Lecture Series.  Speaker: Professor Daniel Gordis.  Topic:  "Invulnerable, and Destined for Defeat?  The Two Dangerous Mythologies of Contemporary Jewish Life."   Lecture is in English.  Question and Answer Period follows formal presentation.  Admission Free.
